We aim to respond to support emails within 24 hours on weekdays.
For urgent moderation reports (illegal content, child safety concerns,
imminent harm), email the same address with URGENT in the subject line —
we'll prioritise these immediately, ahead of regular requests.
What to include
When emailing about a problem, please include:
- The email address you signed in with
- The device model and iOS version (Settings > General > About)
- The Questr app version (Settings > About > App Info, or look at the bottom of Settings)
- A short description of what happened, what you expected, and what you saw instead
- Screenshots or a screen recording where possible
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings > Delete Account, and confirm. Your profile is removed immediately. Videos, reactions and other content are deleted from our servers within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I report a video, comment, message, or profile?
Every video, comment, chat message, and profile has a Report button. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
How do I block a user?
Tap the menu (•••) on a video, profile, or chat message and choose Block User. Their content is hidden from you immediately across videos, comments, and chat.

Child safety / CSAM reports
Use the in-app Report button (the Child safety category is at the
top of the list) or email nick@questr.tv with URGENT in the subject.
We follow the procedure documented in our community-safety policy and
report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC and IWF.
