How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings > Delete Account, and confirm. Your profile is removed immediately. Videos, reactions and other content are deleted from our servers within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report a video, comment, message, or profile?

Every video, comment, chat message, and profile has a Report button. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

How do I block a user?

Tap the menu (•••) on a video, profile, or chat message and choose Block User. Their content is hidden from you immediately across videos, comments, and chat.

Send DMCA notices to the same email above. ViralCow LTD is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office's Designated Agent Directory under Registration #DMCA-1072133. Full procedure in our Terms of Service §4.4.

Child safety / CSAM reports

Use the in-app Report button (the Child safety category is at the top of the list) or email nick@questr.tv with URGENT in the subject. We follow the procedure documented in our community-safety policy and report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC and IWF.
